HSE CONSULTING officially started operating in early 2012 and is based in Albany, WA. The business currently has clientele in the Great Southern and Kimberley regions of Western Australia, extending into Northern Territory.
The business is owned and operated by Nadene Baldwin who decided to start a business to be able to develop her career as well as spend valuable time with her family including two school aged children.
Nadene is a specialist consultant with background experience in occupational health and safety (OHS), environment, risk and quality management systems.
Nadene has had over 20 years’ experience, including 10 years in government, five years in the mining industry and private business owner/ consultant for the past six years.
Nadene has built her skills in management system development, with a particular focus on international standards (occupational health and safety, environment, risk and quality standards respectively).
Her previous industry and government experience gave Nadene the skills and experience in managing small teams, communication and negotiation with senior management and government, and managing compliance. Nadene has also had years of experience in regulation, natural resource management and land use planning.
Nadene is a trained auditor and can audit against international standards including ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environment), ISO 31001 (Risk) and 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety).
